How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per application. Everyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must apply. We accept cash and money orders for the application fee.
How long does it take to process the application?
It takes 3-5 business days to process the application?
Do you accept pets?
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. It is up to the property owner to allow your pet into the home.
If accepted, what is the pet fee?
There is a non-refundable $350 pet fee per pet.
Who is responsible for the lawn care?
The tenant is responsible for lawn care at the home.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is the same as one month’s rent.
What other items are needed with the application?
Along with the application we require a copy of each applicant’s ID, app fee, and most recent 2 paystubs.
Do you accept Section 8?
No, we do not accept Section 8.
Can I pay my rent and security deposit online?
No, at this time we do not have any online payment system set up.
