Todd moved to Tennessee in June of 2018.  He started working for Reeder Enterprises in September of 2018.  Todd has over 12 years of customer service and sales from Buick, Cadillac, Honda, and GMC.  He has owned and operated his own handyman service where he developed a passion for making homeowner’s houses their home.  His integrity, dedication, work ethic, and customer service skills make Todd a valuable asset to Reeder Enterprises and our customers.


Eric Johnson

Maintenance/Construction Supervisor

Eric brings over 20 years of Commercial and Residential construction to our company. He has built and rehabbed several homes and managed crews in all aspects of the construction phase. His knowledge, work ethic, and dedication have been a wonderful addition to our staff.

Sissie has more than 20 years of leadership and supervisory experience in the retail field and 3 years in our office. She is experienced in selecting personnel for work positions, conducting frequent job performance evaluations, and coaching.  Her ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures fostering a fair balanced workplace environment has let her stand out from others. Her integrity and dedication to our clients, customers, and tenants have made her a valuable asset for our company. Her experience in qualifying tenants for the properties we manage is unparalleled.  She provides excellent customer service while building relationships with our clients, customers, and tenants. She is a pleasure to work with and has always exceeded expectations with our company.
